I have always gone here but will be going there no longer. Terrible customer service this past time. We had extenuating circumstances and they were not helpful at all. pretty sure they sliced our tire longer. Terrible customer service this past time. Words fail me in expressing my dissatisfaction. The vehicle hasn’t been driven since it was delivered. I would have to use a stool about 6” high to get into it became it is too high. We were out in the blazing sun just trying to get an idea of what it was, but weren’t offered a test drive. Thought that might be due to Covid. No one offered to show us the car in a shady place where we could discuss it and learn more about it, until we paid $25,000.00 toward purchasing it, then we were just sent away.The two of us hadn’t been in the vehicle at the same time, we hadn’t even had an opportunity to discuss our thoughts privately and my husband seemed to be experiencing shell shock as the financial arrangements were made. This has been a disaster. We are 80+ years of age and this vehicle is much too much for us. More
