Went online to schedule a service appointment. A chat bot named "Jennifer" offered assistance. Answered all questions asked and was told someone would be in contact with me. Waited two days and never heard a named "Jennifer" offered assistance. Answered all questions asked and was told someone would be in contact with me. Waited two days and never heard anything so the chat bot functionality was a waste of my time. Also disappointed there are no reservations accepted on Saturdays. Took a chance this past Saturday and got my service done (oil change, tire rotation). It was quick and all went well. I will give the dealership the benefit of the doubt since it was my first service after buying a new vehicle. Scheduling service was not very customer friendly. More
