From the time we had our first questions about the car, through the test drive, through the price discussion, to driving it away, we were treated honestly, professionally, and considerately. Isaiah was quick to respond to our questions, sent us a video of the car ahead of time, was up front with the extra fees (no bait-and-switch, no extra surprise fees), took extra care to make sure the car was just as we wanted it, and was genuine and friendly. It was a very nice car buying experience. My 19-year-old son got just the car he wanted and it was worth every second of the 2 1/2 hour drive to deal with Isaiah, Lee, Ashley, and the team at Serra Kia in Trussville. More
