I reached out to 11 Kia dealerships in Alabama, requesting their best out-the-door price (including all fees and taxes). Of the 11 dealerships, none of them could beat Serra Trussville Kia's final price. Additionally, they included some initiatives that were not included in the other dealerships' offers. I received a fair value for my trade-in, and am very satisfied with the experience. Kayla was a very friendly and helpful salesperson, and Lee was great at understanding my cost goals and feature requests. Since they understood that my ultimate concern was cost-saving, I was not pressured into purchasing any unnecessary add-ons. Since this is one of the primary complaints about the car-buying experience, I was relieved to skip this step.
