Kia Recall I live out of town but was in the area for Christmas time. Serra Kia was beyond helpful in fitting me in during this hectic time of year in order to get my recalls done. I made an appointment over the phone, even though they said they didn’t have any availability scheduled, they let me drop in my car anyways and said they would get it done. I had three recalls they needed to check which would take about three hours - so it was not a small ft. I even got stuck in traffic and called wondering if I just needed to cancel but they told me to come ahead. Sure enough they got it done by the end of the day! Very helpful and very friendly! More
