The customer purchased a vehicle that was under $5000. We tried to get them into a nicer vehicle, but this is what the customer wanted. The customer had an issue with brakes upon purchase. We had the customer to bring the vehicle in and we repaired the issue. We even paid half of the customers first payment.

I told you I didn’t want the car after it started smoking when you said it was “all good and ready” I asked you to work with me on other cars and you wasn’t wheeling and said “you only looking at the price”. I even told you I would pay more , even told you to keep the car and the down payment and just get me out of the deal . You was not communicating and when I said I was gonna talk to your manager all the sudden you wanted to respond and say the “manager” wasn’t letting you know anything. ……… next time Jacob don’t tell your customers that “to be honest you don’t know a lot about cars”. Good luck to you , I have txt msg if you need them .

Serra Trussville Kia responded

Customer brought truck in the following Monday after he purchased the vehicle. He said that an error code on screen popped up with over drive on transmission. We checked for codes and had a mechanic drive the vehicle. Nothing was wrong with the truck. We assured him that if something else happened that he could bring the truck in. Customer has a lifetime powertrain warranty and the vehicle would be repaired if anything malfunctioned.
