Serviced quickly Had rear brakes and rotors replaced. Received quick efficient service. Not happy that the waiting room is uninviting. Not customer friendly My recent visit was horrible, I brought my vehicle in at noon to have my headlight replaced and I had to call continuously for updates on my vehicle. My recent visit was horrible, I brought my vehicle in at noon to have my headlight replaced and I had to call continuously for updates on my vehicle. Finally I was called and told my vehicle was almost ready at 5pm and then shortly after I was told my vehicle wouldn’t be ready til Tuesday which would mean me being 4 days without my car. I requested a rental and was told they didn’t have any so at this point I was left without transportation and I had to go to work and school. They were not accommodating at all and the service manager tried to get smart by saying “ well what did you expect with a car this old” well I expected to be accommodated and have a vehicle. Terrible service won’t be going back. More
