Here I thought taking my car to the dealership I purchased it from to have it serviced would be the best thing sad to say but it wasn't. I now have minor damage to the bottom of my car because of a purchased it from to have it serviced would be the best thing sad to say but it wasn't. I now have minor damage to the bottom of my car because of a careless technician, have been accused of doing it myself by Scott BEFORE he even saw the damages. I'm definitely not in the business of blaming someone else if I'm at fault and certainly would take accountability for anything I would've done I just wished I could say the same for the service department at Serra Nissan. Scott Fuller the way you treated my husband and I is despicable and you should be ashamed. More

Very nice and courteous and showed strong leadership and concern while asking questions and explaining what was going on while getting your car serviced. Also updated you when they started on your car and s concern while asking questions and explaining what was going on while getting your car serviced. Also updated you when they started on your car and sent an email about the inspection showing what they found in case u wanted the extra work done.
