Terrible Dealership! Do not purchase here! Bought my 2014 VW Passat TDI SE last November and have been in the shop 4 times at this dealership. The heater core went out and they claimed to have fixed it. A short time later I had to return with the same issue and was told the technician did not drain the coolant. I then had to return again because they left an air pocket in the coolant system. Then right after the check engine light came on. I returned again to be told it was the EGR cooler that is going bad and that they aren't sure how to fix it. Per the court order and diesel warranty they were supposed to provide me with a rental every time on the spot that I have a warranty issue. They did not. I have taken the car to Royal VW for service and they seem to know what they are doing. I have even contacted the Regional Manager and am building a case that they sold me a lemon and they will have to buy it back. After talking with the Sales Manager, Mortimer Virves, I was told to return to the store and they would help me out of this mess of a lemon vehcile. I did. Cody was very unprofessional and wasted 4 hours of my time. He tried to sell me a 2016 VW Jetta SEL that had been wrecked. I was the one that found out about the wreck from the Carfax. The dealership wasn't going to tell me. Very dishonest dealership and I will never shop from a Serra Dealership ever again. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! More

Matt is always helpful when I bring my car . He lets me know what time it will be ready and calls me to let me know my ride is on the way .
