This is a place I choose to never ever do business with again because of my bad experience with their company. Make sure to ask for paperwork that the car has passed inspections beforehand. Be sure to test drive the vehicle up a hill as well as have a mechanic look under the hood outside of Serra personal mechanic.( Get a 2nd opinion). Cody Mcghee was an outstanding salesman that finally made sure I was refunded my money in full with no pressure to buy another vehicle. If you chose an SUV and it runs hot on you in less than two hours be prepared to put up a fight to get a refund on a car sold As Is even if the transmission or engine fails. The manager tried to convince me all he could do was use my money as credit to another vehicle. This is not true. Demand a refund immediately. It took them 5 days to refund me and I had to complain to get my voice heard. That is why in my experience a single mother of 3 I'd advise you other single mother's reading this to learn from my mistake. More
