Amazing customer service and seem less car buying! I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan from Serra Volkswagen after being run through the ringer by another dealer in town. Jared, Kyle and Cur I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan from Serra Volkswagen after being run through the ringer by another dealer in town. Jared, Kyle and Curtis made the whole purchasing process stress free. I came in and test drove the vehicle at 7pm and by 9am the next morning I received a call to come pick up my new car. They made sure the air pressure was full in the tires and that the car was beautifully detailed when I picked it up. Jared even went out of his way to follow me to return my rental car from the other dealer in town. After I accidentally left my drivers license at the dealer Kyle personally delivered it to me at my place of business so that I would not have to travel back to their dealership. I don’t think I could ask for better treatment or customer service. I would purchase another vehicle from here in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. More

I told them that my windshield wipers wasn’t shooting out water and that I told the same thing last year when I came but all they did was put fluid in the dispenser they didn’t check for a problem. I was halfway down the road when I checked my windshield wiper dispenser and nothing came out. So I turned around and went back and told them that it wasn’t working. The guy I told was sarcastic and acted like he didn’t care one way or the other. I was there from 9:30 til 1:30 at least ...they fixed the problem and said it was the motor...I don’t think I Will ever go back More
