From beginning to end the team at Serra was great! Easy to work with and easy to negotiate with! I was having an wonderful day because Nissan had given me a ride to and from work. Ist you sent me a bill for almost $200 for a brake flush out, but once I got my truck the brakes went straight to the floor a ride to and from work. Ist you sent me a bill for almost $200 for a brake flush out, but once I got my truck the brakes went straight to the floor and then start speaking very loud this was so embarrassing, none stuff that wasn't happening until I dropped my truck off. There was oil or brake fluid all over my pretty white truck. So, I took it back to the dealership the next day and was told that the brake line on the right side wasn't connected. I could've kill myself or someone us. This was very unacceptable. I asked could my truck be clean from where whom ever worked on my truck spilled oil or brake fluid and there was oil spilled all under hood also. They had oily finger prints on my truck. I hadt to clean my own truck. This was so SAD!!!!!!!! More
