Took my car in and told them exactly how to identify an obvious rattle when I start my car. They gave me a 3 day time window of when they would be able to look at it, which was fine. A week goes by and no obvious rattle when I start my car. They gave me a 3 day time window of when they would be able to look at it, which was fine. A week goes by and no call or anything from them so I call and I get no answer then get text saying my car is next up to be looked at for 6 consecutive days. After two weeks go by and these people claim “I couldn’t reproduce the rattle” so I went to get my car back and they have ZERO clue where it is. And then proceeded to act like I didn’t know what my car looked like trying to make me feel stupid that it wasn’t parked where they claimed. After 15mins of looking, my car was still sitting in the back where all of their cars they haven’t work on yet are sitting (their words not mine). I’d venture to say they didn’t even look at my car but got tired of me blowing up their phones because they weren’t doing their jobs. I get in my car to leave and BAM there’s the loud rattle that they “couldn’t hear” and then I look down THEY RAN ALL OF MY GAS OUT OF MY CAR. Avoid these people at all cost, they are most likely just driving your car around for fun. More

Not too bf to say they were not helpful. But the friendliness was not there that day. I also wanted to get the things done that was inspected but because it was greyed out I was not able to But the friendliness was not there that day.
