Had to come back 3 times to get a sensor replaced and when it was finally fixed the technician slammed my hood so hard that my turn signal lamp came out. After I returned for the 4th trip the service man when it was finally fixed the technician slammed my hood so hard that my turn signal lamp came out. After I returned for the 4th trip the service manager told me my options and one of them was I would need to pay to have my bumper removed so they could fix the lamp. This was your techs fault not mine. They were able to fix it and the technician lied to my husbands face and said that the plug was bent. All untrue. We have had the car a year and never an issue until your techs fault slammed the hood. I did not discover the issue until I left. I called the service advisor and he asked me to come back and I was unable to so I came the next day. More
