We had several customers, yourself included, who arrived late for their appointment time on this particular day. When customers arrive late for their appointed times, we have to work them in when possible, as we also have customers that arrive on a walk-in basis. This can often cause a longer than expected wait time. Being in a rush, the oil light did not get reset and for that we apologize. We greatly appreciate our customers and hope that each customer has a positive experience within our dealership. We do hope that you allow us to serve you again.

Serra Volkswagen responded

The customer came in with a non start complaint. We could not replicate the issue. We did find the shifter was in the wrong gear. Replaced shifter. There was an airbag issue that we handled per recall. We also replaced the water pump due to a code that came up while we were trying to diagnose the original complaint of not starting. The vehicle was not having the issue when the customer left driving the vehicle. The customer did call back with the same complaint and we suggested that they bring the vehicle back to us so that we could check it again. Unfortunately, if the issue is not happening while the vehicle is here, or if it is not throwing a code when we diagnose the vehicle, there is nothing for us to repair.
