When I arrived to the service center I was told all i needed was a car battery and it was covered under warranty. After waiting for 30 minutes to an hour I was told I needed an alternator fuse and my bat needed was a car battery and it was covered under warranty. After waiting for 30 minutes to an hour I was told I needed an alternator fuse and my battery is no longer covered under warranty and I will have to pay almost $1,000. Every time I come the service for something I always have to pay more money and I feel like things are getting added on so I can pay more money. I’m really thinking about getting rid of my car because when I first got my car and I needed service done I had no problems and they made sure I saved money but now since there’s a new manager I’m paying more money. The truth will come out sooner or later because God see what’s going on. Another thing when someone else is paying for the service they should have the option to pay over the phone. Worst service department we’ve ever dealt with! They lied about the issues with our car, did not fix the issues! Finally the real issues were taken care of by another dealership after having it tow They lied about the issues with our car, did not fix the issues!
