I live in Houston Texas - but chose to purchase my next car at Sewell Ford, simply because I had such a wonderful experience last time I purchased a car. Kara texted me pictures and all the information I needed about the car I was interested in. Every single question I had concerning my purchase was answered with in minutes! Kara was very friendly and a first rate professional through the whole process of buying my new car. All the paper work and delivery of my car went off with out a single problem and I believe this was due to Kara and her attention to every detail! This was my second time purchasing a car from Sewell Ford and I can not recommend any other car dealership I would rather purchase a vehicle from than Sewell! All the employees/sales people are impeccably trained and are a pleasure to deal with. Sewell has figured out, a successful business begins and ends with first rate customer service! Sewell ford has "first rate customer service" in spades!! Terez Lions, Sal Fabela, Chris Ortiz, and Joe (managers) ALL we dealt with were very courteous and did all they could to help us. When you walk in they go out of their way to make you welcome and do all they ALL we dealt with were very courteous and did all they could to help us.
