first of all i want to say we stopped to look at sewell when nissan was trying to mess us around.. they were all about the money when sewell seemed to be all about the business.. our salesman was jason lem when nissan was trying to mess us around.. they were all about the money when sewell seemed to be all about the business.. our salesman was jason lemond and from the first to the last conversation we have had with him he made us feel like we were in control... he was very easy to work with and took our current situation and helped get everything within our budget without any pressure.when nissan said they wouldnt finance us without $\\5000 down and a co-signer jason and sewell found a way to make it happen and even offered all the extras and still came out feeling like we got a great deal.. we financed a 2009 nissan titan and even though it wasnt a ford we still got the best price around.. the only thing we had a problem with was when we test drove the truck we all noticed the tire light was on, even though it wasnt fixed all the way after a week of driving the truck my husband took it back to sewell and the manager had it completely taken care of in about 30 minutes and guaranteed my husband they stand behind their sales and will take care of any problem to the best of their ability.. i firmly believe this since this is the 9th vehicle my family has purchased from sewell in the last 10 years.. i have been waiting for about a year to be able to purchase a titan and between jason and sewell i am finally riding around in one.. i work at a collision shop and since the purchase i have recommeded sewell and jason to all my co-workers and customers who are in the market for a new vehicle.. thank you sewell you made my christmas great!!!! I am in my upper 50's and the last thing I want when looking for a car to purchase is wind-bag salesman trying to steer me to what he wants to sell instead of trying to understand what I want to buy. By the time I hit a car lot, I have already researched the type of vehicle that my wife and I want, and gotten several choices off local car lots. I have never bought the first vehicle I look at, or from the first car lot I have visited. I have always had at least one car from several car lots to look at, and have them written down on paper. This is to let the salesman know that I have done my research and will be looking around. Sewell Ford was my first stop this time, and the vehicle that we bought was the first one on our list. The vehicle had the features we wanted, the low mileage we wanted, and the price was very competitive compared to the other vehicles on our list. Omar Arzate came out onto the lot, was very courteous and attentive and realized immediately that we were there to look at a select number of vehicles. He was able to answer any questions we had about the vehicle and explain the differences in pricing for a couple of comparative vehicles on the lot. When we mentioned that we had dealt with a different salesman on a previous vehicle, he immediately told us that if we decided to follow up on this vehicle, he would gladly call in the other salesman. My wife and I left the lot with intentions to go look at other vehicles at other dealerships, but decided to purchase the vehicle we had just looked at and to buy it from Omar due to his courtesy, professionalism and experienced salesmanship. He never pushed anything else on us, did not act like he needed to make this sale that day, or steer us away from what we wanted. I called him up to let him know we wanted the SUV, asked him if it was as low a price as he could go, and set up an appointment to bring in our trade-in. When my wife brought home the final sales figures, Omar had dropped the price some (of course we wish it would have been more) and gave us a good trade in allowance, so the total cost of the vehicle including tax, title and license was well within our expected cost. We set up the closing of the sale at 9:30 the next morning and were done within an hour. I have been around Colin Sewell for the last 5 years and I like the way he runs the company and treats his employees. Auto dealerships are notorious for employee turn-over, especially sales staff, but Omar showed me that Sewell employees are loyal and faithful because they are treated well. It shows in their attitudes, their facilities and their sales methods. I should also disclose that my wife and I have bought 5 or more vehicles from Sewell Ford and Chevrolet, and it has always been a pleasant experience. But now there seems to be a touch more than the past, and it will bring us back again. More

After several days of looking for a truck on the internet, from California no less, I found a nice little pick up at Sewell Ford. I called late in the evening and a message was taken by Andrew Peterson regarding the truck I was interested for my son. Early the next morning I heard from Aaron Cox and the whole demeanor of the conversation put my mind at ease. He told me the truck had to pass their inspections to be sold from their establishment, and was just acquired so he'd be in touch. He later sent pictures and assured me the truck was wothy of their brand and was availbale for sale to my son. They actually held onto the truck for my son and even delivered it since he was completely without transportation, when he got off work AFTER their business hours!!! I haven't even mentioned how extremely courteous and helpful the gentlemen, Aaron Cox and Andrew Peterson were to me! They literally took ALL of the worry out of this deal and sold my young son, a first time buyer a great truck at a fabulous price. I cannot say enough kind and complimentary things about Sewell Ford and their amazing staff and ethics! I highly recommend this dealership and Aaron Cox to anyone at anytime. More

Overall great experience. The salesman worked hard at finding the exact vehicle we wanted and the first price was within my accepetance range. Closing occurred exactly like I wanted.
