Had a great experience with our salesman, he did a great job, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and willing to work with us. The finance guy on the other hand, not so much, he refused to send the job, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and willing to work with us. The finance guy on the other hand, not so much, he refused to send the deal to our credit union and had this not been the exact vehicle we were looking for and very hard to find in such great shape we would have left because of him. He also seemed really arrogant and acted like he didn't care if he made the deal or not. I have lived in Odessa all my life and watched so many dealerships turn into the "big city" dealership and that was the vibe I got from our f & i guy. More
