Andrew met me in the showroom and introduced me to Mario to show me vehicles. He was kind enough to show me all the vehicles I wanted to see and stayed beyond closing time to answer questions about sales a to show me vehicles. Mario took over, showed me all I needed to know about the features of the Sync and Navigation system, etc. Shane did a great job on walking me through the process of the purchase and made pleasant conversation while completing the paperwork. I went to Sewell Ford and automatically felt at home. Everyone there is very friendly and have smiling faces. After trying to locate a Ford Fiesta across 10 dealerships I decided it would be best to order one. I went to my hometown dealership first and they tried selling me cars I didn't want, or wouldn't dealerships I decided it would be best to order one. I went to my hometown dealership first and they tried selling me cars I didn't want, or wouldn't give me a firm price until I signed some paperwork, so I left. I went to Sewell Ford the next day, I told them if they don't have any Fiestas I can look at I would like to order one. They showed me a list of Fiestas coming in, but none were in the color/price I wanted. I ordered one and Jerry told me the final price and delivery estimate, all without signing anything. Even paid less when the car came in due to a new rebate. They also worked after hours because I couldn't pick up my car earlier in the day. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I highly recommend Sewell Ford in Odessa, Tx. More

Good cars, and SUV ! I have always had Ford's and will continue to do so. A little too much friendly stuff, I really just want to get a new vehicle and go about my business, I personally do not need all continue to do so. I buy a new vehicle and drive it for +200,000 miles and then get a new one, not a big deal for me. No need to send me all the cutesy monthly mailings or have people calling to check on me and the suv. iF THERE IS A PROBLEM, i WILL LET SOMEONE KNOW AND THEY WILL FIX IT AS ALWAYS. More

My husband and I decided to find me a pre-owned Mustang convertible, and so I headed to Sewell Ford with my mom and daughter in tow, because they had BEAUTIFUL pre-owned Mustangs out front. Aaron met me ou convertible, and so I headed to Sewell Ford with my mom and daughter in tow, because they had BEAUTIFUL pre-owned Mustangs out front. Aaron met me out front and was very friendly, very professional, and didn't try to b.s. me so to speak :) which I found most car dealership sales reps do to women these days. He treated me like gold and answered every question I had, and let me and my growing number of friends and family, thoroughly go through the entire car, inside and out. We looked and listened to the motor, checked out EVERY bit of it. I LOVED IT!!! Just not the color and fun details. Aaron and another co-worker whose name I didn't catch, searched and found me the most wonderful car ever, and in a matter of days had it on the lot, inspected, and in our name, with keys in hand. All the people we came in contact with were amazing. We felt like family. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. They were patient, kind, FAST and friendly!!! I couldn't quit smiling. I will definitely go back to Sewell Ford to get my husband Steve a pickup, which we have already got out eyes on, and to MAYBE (MAYBE) trade my car for a newer one when this ones paid for.....maybe :) I have NOTHING but good to say about the company, and people at Sewell Ford. Between the price, and the service, I'm very impressed. I highly recommend this company!!! More
