After buying a problematic car throught Lithia Dodge, we decided to stop by the Ford dealership to see if we had any options available in purchasing a 5.0 mustang instead. Terez came out to greet us immedia decided to stop by the Ford dealership to see if we had any options available in purchasing a 5.0 mustang instead. Terez came out to greet us immediately after seeing us arrive at the lot in a very friendly yet sincere fashion. We explained our situtation with the purchase of our recent vehicle, and expressed that we felt as though we had made a huge mistake. He asked us what we had in mind, and when we told him we were set on the 8 cylinder models, Terez wasted no time in showing us the new models. After determining, however, that we needed an automatic, he then pointed out one of their 2011 Certified PreOwned vehicles. Luckily with his knowledge of inventory, he knew that this slightly used 5.0 mustang (it was leased), could very be the perfect match for us. It was getting ready to be auctioned, but he was able to keep the car from getting away. We ended up getting a great deal for the vehicle, with a solid 6 year warranty. We spent most of the day with Terez, but did not mind in the slightest. In fact, it made us feel that much more appreciated, because Terez made sure that we would drive away in our new car feeling confident about the deal. He even went as far as skipping out on his lunch all day to make sure he had time to not only show us everything about the car, but also to take us around a tour of the business so that we knew where everything was located. The next time we purchase a vehicle, we'll defnintely check in again with Terez and all the guys at Ford first! More
