Our only complaint was with the inability to get a good estimate of the time to delivery of our special order. We were told 11 - 12 weeks at the time of order and this grew into 18 before we received the car. More

Stole my joy. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the last 15 years from this dealership. They have always been positive experiences. This last purchase did I have purchased a number of vehicles over the last 15 years from this dealership. They have always been positive experiences. This last purchase did not meet the expectations previously set. I arrived at 2:30 p.m on Friday and left at 7:15 p.m.. I was exhausted. No one took time to walk me through the features of my new vehicle or give me the key code access. The touch screen laptops to obtain my electronic signatures didn't work. The best I could do was make a poor imitation of pre-K "X", to acknowledge my consent. I did ask the salesman if this was the experience that I should expect with a next purchase. He tapped danced around the question, citing the need to fill out new paperwork "again" (although I had done that online two days previously) and the inability to find an individual with the correct credentials to sign off on some of the paperwork. There was no offer to address the vehicle I arrived in on the lot (returning it to my home). I Uber'd the next day to retrieve it. The event that summed up my experience was when I was handed the keys and I walked out the front of the dealership alone. I did not know where my new vehicle was located. I had to set off the alarm on the key fob to locate it. I felt exhausted that day. When I have previously felt joy with my purchases. I will have a different expectation next time I go. More
