Breakdown help I have a 2018 F350 Platnium dually that has less than 22000 miles. It quit on me and left me and my wife stranded alongside a road in a not so nice ne I have a 2018 F350 Platnium dually that has less than 22000 miles. It quit on me and left me and my wife stranded alongside a road in a not so nice neighborhood. I called my salesman to question him about it and he came to my rescue even though it was late at night. He had my truck picked up and provided me with a loaner to drive while it was repaired. They got it repaired and runs great! We have been a customer of Sewell Ford for many years and have bought many vehicles from them and this is a perfect example why .
