Had an issue with loosing Intercooler coolant on my q50. It wasn’t an easy task to diagnose/repair but it was done quickly and very professionally. Compliments to my service advisor Juan and his service man It wasn’t an easy task to diagnose/repair but it was done quickly and very professionally. Compliments to my service advisor Juan and his service manager Stephanie who ensured quality work done. They discovered another issue with main coolant pump that was replaced free of charge (warranty). Had a little hiccup with low coolant level but that was promptly fixed free of charge. Car now is in tiptop shape, that is what matters. Five stars! More
