Just had another poor experience at Sewell. When I took my car in for its 30,000 mile service (which costs $905... unbelievable!!!), I asked Allie to have the tire pressure checked on my spare When I took my car in for its 30,000 mile service (which costs $905... unbelievable!!!), I asked Allie to have the tire pressure checked on my spare tire. When she contacted me to let me know the car was ready to be picked up, I asked her to confirm that the tire pressure had been checked on the spare. She assured me it had. I got the car home and checked the air pressure, and it's at 12 pounds when it should be at 60. When I contacted her (again) after arriving at home, she indicated that there had been a "miscommunication" and the technician had checked for punctures and failed to check the air pressure. After reviewing my receipt, I see that checking tire pressure (INCLUDING the spare is included in the $905). First of all, I find it very difficult that the technician checked my tire AT ALL. I wonder what else on the list of "services provided" for $905 also didn't get done. I don't understand how Sewell has such a great reputation for service, because my experience with them has been anything BUT stellar. More

Fake Listings for Nonexistent Vehicles - Sewell had listings for 20 2023 Lexus LX600 SUVs on the cars.com site. These vehicles had specific VIN numbers in the advertisement, options and pricing. Upon listings for 20 2023 Lexus LX600 SUVs on the cars.com site. These vehicles had specific VIN numbers in the advertisement, options and pricing. Upon inquiring, I received a response that none were available for two to three years. If no vehicles are available for two to three years, why are you advertising 20 new vehicles for sale with VIN numbers that are clearly not available? They did try to 'bait and switch' to a pre-owned vehicle, selling for approx $20,000 over MSRP of a new model. Terrible experience and I would question the legitimacy and trustworthiness of this dealership. More

Got a number of emails subsequent to which I responded multiple times I was not interested. I have had my car serviced here and dealership took good care of me, but disappointed they went dark on me when I told them I wanted my two questions answered before I gave them permission to call me.
