I have leased several cars in the last 8 - 9 years with Shaheen Chevrolet, and Mark Keyes has always given me excellent customer service!! A good guy - friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable! He always takes the time to know and FIND the right car that fits me, both personally as well as what my budget allows. I like that I always have the option of test driving vehicles until I'm sure of my choice. Once purchased, he takes the time to show me all the bells & whistles of my new car - sometimes overwhelming for me, but he's always patient and takes the time to answer any questions I have. This last purchase, I actually received 4 FREE oil changes (thanks Shaheens! :)) which need to be completed within the next 2 years. These need to be done in exact 6 month intervals to make sure I fit them in. Mark took the time to explain this to me so I wouldn't miss out - Thanks Mark! Iv'e been serving customers in one form or another for almost 30 years, so knowing how to provide great service to a customer comes natural to me. The only down side to all of this is that as a custo for almost 30 years, so knowing how to provide great service to a customer comes natural to me. The only down side to all of this is that as a customer I automatically expect to be treated the same way every time, which isn't always the case. I spent a good month or so looking for the right vehicle, talking to a number of dealers. I can't tell you how many dealers failed to get me into their lots simply by the way they handled the initial phone call. From the moment I spoke to Zack to the end of the sale and beyond, I got exactly the service I expected. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and continues to make himself available even after the sale. Wherever Zack is, so is my future car business. More
