Everybody seemed annoyed to help, the girl who helped direct me when i pulled In my car was rude. The whole point i came in for was an automatic starter, they kept my car for the night came back the next day and all they did was connect my new key fob to my car. Didn’t tell me they weren’t able to do what i wanted. I said I wanted the automatic start i had The money and they said to take my car and they would call me and never received a call. It was the entire environment nobody wanted to help me i felt And stood around before i got Any help.

"They did a big price increase for oil change originally..."

They did a big price increase for oil change originally $60 now it is $110 without even telling me, they left all their unsanitary stuff in my seat and on my steering wheel, they are too big for customer service and care!! I added this a couple hours later... that they didn't even check my tire pressure and rotate my tires ( even have a picture of my tire pressure but it will not let me post it) look at all the one star ratings.. always the same excuse.

Mike Thornton was my Service Advisor. He did an outstanding job keeping me informed every step of the way during my vehicle's visit. Mike is very easy to speak with and has an awesome personality. Thanks Mike! Shaheen Chevrolet has an outstanding oil change facility, service department and new car sales. They are super customer oriented and our kind people. I refer them to everyone. I have also bought 5 vehicles from them over the years and totally satisfied with how I was treated during the purchasing process to include sitting down with their finance reps. Very very satisfying experience.

"I have a 2018 Silverado and periodically when I tried to..."

I have a 2018 Silverado and periodically when I tried to start the truck it just clicked. I did a battery test and found that wasn't the problem. I had it towed into Shaheen and they had it fixed and back to me quickly, also received a free car wash. Not one problem. My family has many Chevrolet leases from a different company in Lansing. We are all switching to Shaheen.

"Not quality work."

They cross threaded a lug nut on the last time they replaced a tire and now have to have the stud replaced. They also fixed my spoiler and within six months it's already coming off.

"Service"

I bought a used SUV from tom h. A few weeks after purchasing it we got a flat tire and found out tbe tire has already beem plugged and had some dry rotting. I called and they resolved my problem. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend them.
