I cant say enough about these men and their dedication. I had been turned down twice by the local dealership (FRANK BECK CHEVROLET) forcing me to take a chance at another dealership (SHAHEEN CHEVROLET). I saw your TV ad Christmas Day is what prompted me to call your particular dealership (the power of advertising, <wink>)offering $4000 in incentives and I thought GREAT!!! Im at $3714 for a payoff :D .. ok so upon inquiry of this ad it was discovered I did NOT meet that criteria. However; Jeff wasnt going to let me go away empty handed. Because of the hard work, several phone calls for 2 days, many conversations that took place between Jeff, Joe and myself prior to me having to drive to your dealership they were able to find the right vehicle for me. Thank you Jeff and Joe for getting me out of the repair bill treadmill I was stuck on to keep a car running that was not worth it. The new year is looking much brighter (thank you SHAHEEN CHEVROLET) knowing I will NOT be stranded along side the road anytime soon or that I have HUGE REPAIR bills looming over my head. I was so pleased with my visit for just an oil change. I took my vehicle in and was in and out in probably 20 min. In that short time the service did a through check of my vehicle and went through all the took my vehicle in and was in and out in probably 20 min. Mark took time and effort to select several vehicles (new and used) near my price point and carefully checked for possible rebates, our GM credit card rewards and the trade-in car (very high mileage, not wor and used) near my price point and carefully checked for possible rebates, our GM credit card rewards and the trade-in car (very high mileage, not worth much). Next he showed me example cars on the narrowed list, finally let me test-drive the best-fit car home / overnight so both my wife and I could check it out both nighttime and daytime. He answered all my "special circumstance" questions such as me purchasing the new car in my name yet the trade-in was in my wife's previous name, oil and maintenance questions, etc. Next Russ the Business guy reviewed the paperwork, checked for any problems and used his contacts to get a better finance rate than my credit union offered. He was low-pressure but explained things well, and went over extended warranties. Following day was actual "buying day". Russ had all the many forms already prepared, explained each one and indicated where to initial and sign many times. Then Mark took me to the already-preped new car and took the time to cover the car's systems, controls and features, including new to me satellite radio and OnStar. He then explained their service and quick-change oil facilities and proceedures. Final activity was changing license plate and filling gas tank at a nearby gas station. Overall a plesant experience and numerous "special circumstances" were handled well. More

Russ gave us the information quickly that we needed to take to the bank to get our loan and we were happy with the extended warranty that we were offered. Dave was nice enough to take the new plate fee off from our bill as we were not quoted correctly when we said we needed a new plate. Overall we were very happy with our experience. More
