We will always buy our cars from Shaheen Chevy. This is the 3rd car I brought from Ben (Camaro SS, Corvette C8, Equinox) and I've lost count how many we have gotten from Sheheen Chevy ( I think 4 or 5 now) My mother-in-law and son have also boughten cars at Shaheen on my recommendation. Also always have my cars serviced at Shaheen Chevy too (Very honest crew) Too bad there are not 10 stars! More

We bought a used 2016 Diesel Silverado with 62,000 miles on it at a different Chevrolet dealership. 4 days later the check engine light came on. Took it to Shaheen Chevrolet. We had 2 blown head gaskets, ne on it at a different Chevrolet dealership. 4 days later the check engine light came on. Took it to Shaheen Chevrolet. We had 2 blown head gaskets, needed a new radiator and a new turbo charger. The dealership we bought the truck from said we should have bought the almost $800.00 year warranty. They would not help in any way with our $14,000 repair bill. Dale Wagner, assistant service manager at Shaheen contacted Chevrolet and they agreed to pay $10,000. The Diesel mechanic, Nick worked non stop on our truck. When we picked up our truck it was in perfect working condition. Thank you to Dale and Nick at Shaheen for making this horrible experience more pleasant. If you need any service work done, especially on a diesel go to Shaheen and let Nick do your repairs. He is awesome!! Thank you again Shaheen Chevrolet. More

Everybody seemed annoyed to help, the girl who helped direct me when i pulled In my car was rude. The whole point i came in for was an automatic starter, they kept my car for the night came back the next direct me when i pulled In my car was rude. Didn’t tell me they weren’t able to do what i wanted. I said I wanted the automatic start i had The money and they said to take my car and they would call me and never received a call. It was the entire environment nobody wanted to help me i felt And stood around before i got Any help. More

I have a 2018 Silverado and periodically when I tried to start the truck it just clicked. I did a battery test and found that wasn't the problem. I had it towed into Shaheen and they had it fixed and back t start the truck it just clicked. I did a battery test and found that wasn't the problem. I had it towed into Shaheen and they had it fixed and back to me quickly, also received a free car wash. Not one problem. My family has many Chevrolet leases from a different company in Lansing. We are all switching to Shaheen. More

Not quality work. They cross threaded a lug nut on the last time they replaced a tire and now have to have the stud replaced.
