I went there with a friend to purchase her new car and wound up deciding to lease through Shaker Family Ford Lincoln myself because of the experience we had with Bill and Cindy Bugbee. They both made the transaction as smooth as they possibly could and went out of their way to accomodate me. I will most definitely continue going to this dealership and having Bill as my salesman. I was most impressed with how Bill had programmed my new Lincoln MKZ anticipating what I would want as standard settings. He was right on the money, and he knew the car inside and out, he spent quite a bit of time with me, showing me all the car offered and didn't leave until he was satisfied that I knew everything I could about the car. She wasn't pushy at all, which seems to be the way all business managers are these days. Best yet, they even honored an unexpected price reduction. We signed the paperwork on Thursday night and on Friday morning the used car manager lowered the price $1000. They honored the new price without hesitation. I would recommend Bill and Cindy to anyone and they are now my go to dealership, even though they are 2 hours away. More
