Disappointed; service can't resolve air conditioning issue. Shakers doesn't take pride of their work. 2012 Ford Escape purchased 2011, had to be serviced 9 months after for the air conditioning was blowing war Shakers doesn't take pride of their work. 2012 Ford Escape purchased 2011, had to be serviced 9 months after for the air conditioning was blowing warm air. Consecutively for 3 years every summer I had to go back to have it fix-same issue- air conditioning blowing warm air. Last year, I was told that the issue was completely fixed finally as per Linda. So trusting with what they told me, I felt relieved. However,this year 2015 I had to go back again with the same issue, air conditioning blowing warm air. There was not even a break of a year or two for the same issue....Car is no longer under warranty, so this time they suggested diagnostic testing. I HAVE TO PAY. Ric, the manager, offered $300 as good will he said towards the cost to fix it which was $750. He thinks that he is doing me a big favor by checking my car for free...With all those wasted time going back and fort for same issue and NOT able to completely solve the problem, I think that customer deserves better than that. I bought a new car to NOT have these headaches, but unfortunately the car seems like a lemon. Their service people can't even fix it. What a joke!!! And they have the nerve to charge me $750 for it...Is it all about money to them???? What a shame... More

I bought a new 2015 Ford F-150 Supercab this week, what a dream truck, recommend it highly. Jim C. (Sales), Pat A.(Service Mgt.), and Manny (Finance) all were extremely helpful, effective and efficient in supporting our continuing Ford life’s journey. Pat A., Brad H. and the entire service team have always treated my family with the highest respect and professionalism. Outcome of repair work always was what was expected and excellent. I am proud to say the Shaker Ford team including all follow up services will have my family’s business for as long I drive. Thank you all for life long customer service excellence. Poor Service Consultant/Excellent Technical Staff Repairs under warranty were Excellent! The Technicians were Great They actually for the most part agreed with my assessment and replaced my Rear Brake Repairs under warranty were Excellent! The Technicians were Great They actually for the most part agreed with my assessment and replaced my Rear Brake Rotors and Brake Pads which were grooved and excessively worn for 365 miles and New. completely disappointed I'm disgusted with the service department. After 2 months of having my 2013 escape, and repairing recalls, my front seat still isn't fixed, was told m I'm disgusted with the service department. After 2 months of having my 2013 escape, and repairing recalls, my front seat still isn't fixed, was told my warranty covers the airbag recall and my engine blowing up I'm left with a hazardous vehicle. Even though my lease is with shaker I will never use their service department again . I will never own another ford again. 18 years a ford customer and never again. They should drive their family in a car that still isn't safety satisfactory. I want my money back and a new car but Ford themselves said they won't satisfy my request. All done and would never recommend shaker family ford for anything. More

I just went there to have my car serviced and stopped by to chat with him because my lease was was going to expire in 3 months told what I wanted and the price I was going to pay. So not 24 hours later he had a deal for me which is a great one. So I picked up my car from the service dept . Linda M. is great person there and gives great service.Last time I had my car serviced there I left My cell phone in the loaner car .I called and she went outside and found it for me and saved till I could get back..And tomorrow I will be picking up my new car.
