WITH OR WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE CENTER TAKES FOREVER! WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TIRE PATCH TURNED INTO A 3 AND A HALF HOUR WAIT JUST TO TELL ME THEY CANT FIX IT! TIMES BEFORE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANCE I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND DROPPED OF MY TRUCK AT 7:45 AM AND FINALLY GOT A CALL AT 5 PM THAT IT WAS FINALLY READY! PRETTY LADIES WALK IN AND ALL THE MEN GIVING RED CARPET SERVICE AND THEY ARE IN AND OUT WITHIN THE HOUR! I ALSO I HAVE A LOUD RATTLE WITHIN THE CAB AND TOOK IT IN TO SEE IF WE CAN FIX THE ISSUE AND I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER HE COULD NOT HEAR IT WHILE ONE OF THE TECHS SAID HE DID BUT JUST COULD T FIND IT. I called last week to make an appointment for 0930, timeliness is importing to me. I showed up at 0910 because if you’re on time you’re late and if you’re early you’re on time.
