I’m very please with Shamaleys service department. when another Ford dealership on the west side of El Paso told me they would take 15 days to even look at my vehicle, Shamaley had the full issue resol when another Ford dealership on the west side of El Paso told me they would take 15 days to even look at my vehicle, Shamaley had the full issue resolved in 3 days.
