Everything was Horrible . Deceptive Sales Practices Purchased a car here in February - a 2011 Hyundai with 78,000 miles on it. After waiting four hours to sign the paperwork, the finance guy rushed me t Purchased a car here in February - a 2011 Hyundai with 78,000 miles on it. After waiting four hours to sign the paperwork, the finance guy rushed me through the process. He mentioned a warranty and I asked why I needed a warranty - after all, Hyundai has a 10 year/100,000 factory warranty. He said, "Don't worry, you don't have to pay that. It's part of your financing." I traded in the car last week with a reputable dealer, and we couldn't figure out why my loan was so much more than the value of the car. After going through the paperwork, we discovered that I had paid $2,000 for a warranty on this car. Deceptive sales practices, to say the least. I called today, and didn't get a call back as promised. When I finally reached someone, he said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you. That's how it works." Who in their right mind would buy a $2,000 warranty that you can't cancel or be refunded on for a car that already has a warranty???? Stay far, far away. More

Within the hour I was approved, agreeing on the down payment and my daughter got the surprise of her life and told to come there and pick a car out.
