Fortunately, most of our service visits are for routine maintenance, however, when they are more involved it’s nice to be working with someone you trust. We always have good luck at Sharp, but they missed the mark on our last visit. Our van was towed to them to replace a battery. Simple. They were courteous as always and the pricing was fair. A couple days later while driving the dash lit up with every warning light and sputtered, blinked a few times then died with everything going dark. The battery cable was off, as they had neglected to tighten it. Since then, intermittently our lower audio screen goes black for no apparent reason. Disappointing attention to detail. More

I had a little hiccup with the recent recall notice, and when I called about the remedy, I was immediately taken care of the very next day. Honda. Communication about appointment/parts availability could have been much better. Made appointment with confirmation of parts ready. My service guy reached out to me to inform me there was a recall and to bring it in asap for it to be assessed. Really appreciate him keeping on top of that for me so I didn’t miss the cut off!
