Driving around car lots looking at SUV's on Labor Day and was pleasantly surprised to find that Sheboygan Chevrolet was open! Alex and the Sheboygan Chevy team spent 2 days calling other dealers in the area and trying to track down the vehicle I wanted. Alex covered all of the features of my Encore, walked me through the OnStar setup, filled up the tank with gas, paired my phone to the vehicle, and set my favorite radio stations. The paperwork process was completely painless as well, Scott was great to talk with and got through the documents quickly. While the different options were presented (Extended Warranty, etc.) there was no hard sell, when I said I didn't want something Scott said OK and moved on to the next step in the paperwork. I was out of the dealer with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours. I had purchased a vehicle from Sheboygan Chrysler next door, and was happy to see that my dealer from that purchase was there to say hello and chat about how my other vehicle was while Alex ran down some paperwork items.
