Things surely changed for me. Someone would call me I would tell them what I was looking for and I would never hear back. So as time would go by I would be online and someone else would contact me with a low ball offer.on my trade and not much off on the car and not to helpful either so I went and bought a Ford! What a mistake! So again I tried to trade that car in with 514 and u know you were the lowest offer of 24,000.00 when sticker was 39820.00? You were always the highest offer. Always! Then shikara told me to go to the other dealer and just get the car you through the other dealer and I said if u won’t give me the deal I’m buying the car off of their lot and never heard back. So I texted her my deal and that I bought the car from them and sage said congrats enjoy your new car!

Not sure what the point would be of calling. When I brought to the dealer's attn, they sd I should have read the fine print (which is true) It cost me an additional $25.00 lien fee to go with my cu as opposed to paying the higher fee at Landmark. And besides, I mentioned the plastic loop that keeps the gas cap attached to car was broken, they sd it would be mailed to me but no response. This would not be happening but your office keeps sending me promotional stuff

Because I want to find out what went on and who your finance manager was. Our rates are very competitive with the credit unions but if our rate was higher we would not expect you to finance with us. There is no fine print. Also I will get you a gas cap strap for your vehicle. You don't have to call if you feel better emailing. I want to make sure you are taken care of and I don't want another customer to feel the same way you do. I want to try to make it right with you. Your satisfaction is important to me. You must know the names of the people I dealt with. The spot salesman was very decent. Your closer comes 'all tough as nails' with absolutely no negotitating the price only to find out he forgot to state the price was ' all inclusive' meaning the sales tax was included, that is not the normal process. If that was stated, it would have been very helpful. Getting back to the credit union rate, Landmark told me the additional point was something you and Landmark agreed to (but as I said, my fault for not reading the contract). I will withdraw my complaint when I receive a check for the additional amount I needed to pay ($25.00) when switching c.u.'s My fico score is 850 and that is no exaggeration. And send me a gas cap with plastic loop device and I will attached myself. As to the 2011 Cadillac, it is fantastic Thanks Gene Diggins
