I have taken my ESV Escalade to many different dealers, but Sheehan Cadillac surpassed them all by far. When I arrived before I entered the service area, a greeter came up to my window. What I liked the best was the bill: $111.00 for an oil change and filter on a 2023 diesel Escalade. At another dealer I was quoted $240. More
