Good work by the Service Department We have a brand new SUV purchased from Sheehy and after 375 miles we had a large screw embed itself in the middle of the tread of the left rear tire. We have a brand new SUV purchased from Sheehy and after 375 miles we had a large screw embed itself in the middle of the tread of the left rear tire. I could hear it as I was driving to the store on Saturday morning. I immediately went to the Sheehy Service Department. Even on Saturday, they removed the screw, plugged the tire (assured me it was guaranteed for the life of the tire) and I was on my way in an hour. Good work! More
