I was in the market for a new vehicle for my wife, had I was in the market for a new vehicle for my wife, had considered and visited others dealers and brands of vehicles. We narrowed our search to the 2014 Ford Escape after test driving it but, Sheehy did not have the Escape in the color or the equipment we preferred. Our salesman, William Goin, went to extreme lengths, to find us the right vehicle and to get the price within our budget. This was a process that lasted several days, I am a difficult person to work with, and to please. Mr. Goin was very patient, always friendly, did everything within his power to satisfy us. We could not have asked for a better salesperson! He found us the right vehicle out of state and had it delivered to Sheehy the next day. Phil Zuzniar was the finance person we dealt with. Great person, very friendly, very professional, took time to explain everything, never pushy, and tried to find ways to save us more money and still sell us service plans and warrantees. I have always hated the paperwork part of buying a car but, Mr. Zuzniar made this process very pleasant. In all, our whole experience was great, will recommend Sheehy Ford and Mr. Goin to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

This was my first experience buying a new truck thru a dealer's Internet Department, and it went very well as I was able to see the vehicles and prices upfront without driving to each dealership & wasting dealer's Internet Department, and it went very well as I was able to see the vehicles and prices upfront without driving to each dealership & wasting a lot of our weekends off searching for the right truck. Matt was very well informed and we had a deal when a few options I didn't care for were on the truck. I would say we were close to canceling the deal as this was going to be my last new truck, as I had my 99 F-350 for about 15 years. Then when I asked about a Kodiak Brown one that was on the lot & saw it, I knew right away it was the right truck for us. Thanks to Matt's patience and time, we got the right truck and didn't spend a lot of time searching every dealer in Northern Virginia. Our Finance Manager, Randall Plummer was very helpful and made it as easy as possible to finish the deal & paperwork & transferring my plates. He is also a pleasure to work with, as Matt and a credit to Richmond Sheehy Ford. We are very happy with our new truck, and may return to replace my wife's Expedition in Spring. More
