I previously owned a used 2010 Fusion, which I also bought from this same dealership, I just wanted to upgrade into something newer. I thought my Fusion was great on gas and my Focus is even better which is nice for commuting in Northern Virginia. Even better, I now have all the gadgets I love! Sunroof, heated seats, navigation, excellent gas mileage (with a smaller gas tank than the Fusion), auto-park, back-up camera, front bumper sensors, sound system, steering wheel stereo controls, etc. Not only do I love the car but I won't go anywhere else to buy a car. Like I said above, this is the second car I've bought from this dealership and salesman. I can be a huge hassle to work with when making large purchases and they NEVER became frustrated with me. The salesman, Shawn, spent probably over 4 hours with me every day I was there (which was 3 separate days) and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He was very professional, polite, had answers to all my questions and worked through the numbers with me to the penny to be sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments. I appreciated not feeling pressured or deceived, which I've experienced when shopping other dealerships. In the future I will continue working with this dealership. More

Specifically, I want to personally thank Jose Suarez, Steve Guth and Luis Chavez for making it the best I have had in 15 years and my wife and I purchase new vehicles every 3-5 years. All three members of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I received a fair trade-in value and the overall experience was much faster than expected.The sales and finance staff were exceptional. I will definitely recommend the dealership to family friends. I can count on the job getting done right and know that the department is most definetly a trustworthy one. It seems that no matter what I give them to take care of, it is never to big of a job. If you want quality work and your vehicle to come back to you without the grease and mess you find at other shops, then this is the place for you. Oh yea, and always plenty of coffee in the clean waiting room. More

I did all my research, found what I was looking for in their inventory, etc. I was quite amazed how poorly their sales folks worked even when I told them that I was ready to buy - slow to respond, very little follow up, could not line up the right truck, etc. Then I looked at Dealerrater.com and found Sheehy Ford in Warrenton and Ange Malmquist in particular - she had great reviews so I reached out to her to see if she is any better than my experience with the folks in NoVA. She made all the difference - smart, engaging, very customer oriented, very responsive... Made a trip, bought a truck from her in a couple of hours. She will even deliver it at no charge after she arranges for a bedliner to be sprayed... What a great experience working with her. More

Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of his department and vehicles. Not only am I more than satisfied with the service I received, but the professional courtesy and friendliness are something that other dealers should pay attention to. And I got my truck back in better condition than I took it in. No grease or other dreaded crap that you might find in the cab from other service centers and all repairs were made exactly to my expectations, so BIG xxxxxxto the technicians as well. I had a comfortable and clean lounge to wait in with coffee and vending machines. Large screen TV to watch the news and did not feel inconvenienced at all. I drive little farther to go to the Warrenton Ford dealer. I love Crystal Zimmerman at the front desk. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I found a car I wanted for a decent price and shot Sheehy a general inquiry email. I got immediate phone calls, voicemails, and emails. I made an appointment and confirmed it. I live in Alexandria and drove over an hour to get to the dealership. The internet salesman, Chris Ricketts, literally emailed me five times that day to schedule and confirm my appointment. As I drove into the lot, I got an email on my phone from Chris saying the car was sold – it was short and curt, and not a single apologetic tone or word. I understand first come first serve – that’s business. What got me is that their attitude changed completely and their two faced-self came out immediately. I still went in since I was already there. As soon as I saw Chris, I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. He looked annoyed that I was there immediately placing the blame on me for not seeing the email he had sent 10 min ago!!! That’s after I had been on the road for over an hour. He wasn’t even busy – he was just lounging and chatting with other staff in an office. Where was the proactive calling now? I even had to ask what else he had in stock – he was just that turned off now that the car was gone (not that I was interested anymore at this point). Even as I was leaving he didn’t even face me to say bye and already had his back to me, let alone a thank you for coming by or sorry for how things worked out. No respect at all. If you check what others say about their customer service on this rating site and others, you’ll see that AFTER purchase customer service is poor. Many others say that the purchasing experience is great, but the follow ups and service work is awful. That, coupled with what I experienced, is revealing of this dealership’s character. They will do whatever to please you before and during the sale, but after the sale is complete, they really don’t care about you. You’d think they’d learned by now that customer service throughout the relationship leads to loyalty and more revenue. Even if you find a car for a good price at this dealership, I strongly suggest you consider everything after the sale – especially if you’re buying a new car there and want to get your car maintenance serviced there for years following. It’s just not worth it. There’s a lot of other dealerships with better and more honest people and service. More
