I purchased my Ford Escort at Sheehy in 11/11. Love the car & never had a problem until a couple of weeks ago. I called Sheehy's service dept. & set up an appointment to drop it off. I told them what the problem was, and they explained they would check to verify & call me. They called the next day. The problem was no longer covered under my warrenty because of miles driven. It was not a small fix. I had contacted Ford (not Sheehy) to see if they could help me out because I felt the part should have lasted years. The Ford customer service offered a small reduction in cost. I was going back and forth with Ford and Frank Racut. He was kind and understanding of my situation. He knew I had a valid concern with regard to the problem and the cause. Ford customer service wouldn't budge. They weren't rude, but I felt slighted. I called Frank Racut and told him to go ahead with the repair, but wasn't satisfied. He was courteous, friendly and understanding. Two days later, Frank called to say my car was ready to pick up. He asked if I wanted to know the damage (price) I said yes. When he gave me my total I was stunned! Sheehy stepped up and gave me more than ever expected! It's a rare thing these days to have a company that stands up for their customers and make sure it's done right! Thank you so much Frank and Sheehy Ford. You're guaranteed we'll be coming back to make future purchases. More
They were nice and friendly till we purchased the vehicle. The finance guy was very pushy about us purchasing all the extras and warrently to the point it got annoying. After we bought our vehicle we had some questions and we called and left voicemails and they would never return our call. My husband finally had to call the manager to get any help. They told us our loan was through one bank but we never got a statement and when we called, the bank said they had no records on us, so we have no clue who our loan is through and are waiting to hear back from them once again on who they financed through. This experience has been the worst overall experience we have had with buying a car. We will not be going up there for anything else. More
After several weeks of research, my wife and I went to sheehy to take a look at their 2013 Fiestas, whereupon we had the pleasure of working with John Clampitt, the salesman assigned to us. He was extraor sheehy to take a look at their 2013 Fiestas, whereupon we had the pleasure of working with John Clampitt, the salesman assigned to us. He was extraordinarily friendly and polite, and both his extensive knowledge and calm demeanor put us at ease. My wife and I returned a day later to get into the nitty gritty of making a purchase, and John and his co-worker Louis went out of their way to help us find the financing we needed to make a successful first purchase. The car we wanted wasn't on the lot, so John himself drove several hours out of the way to have our car delivered the next day. He even went so far as to pick us up from our home when we didn't have a ride to the dealership. My wife and I are a young couple just beginning our adult lives, and everyone at Sheehy did their best to make us feel welcome and cared for. Marc Anthony, the GM of Sheehy (and wife of Cleopatra)) extended his personal thanks to us on our purchase. All in all, a fantastic experience. My wife and I will definitely be getting our future car from these folks, and I cannot recommend them enough. More

My daughter wrecked my 2009 ford focus and I had it towed to sheehy ford of warrenton and I just have to say, that they did a wonderful job. The car looks amazing, almost too nice to let my daughter drive ag to sheehy ford of warrenton and I just have to say, that they did a wonderful job. Just got home with my Diesel F250. I saw it online. I then called and learned more about the truck, and knew it was for me. I told Troy i wanted the truck, and gave a deposit. I was up from Florida visiting friends, my car broke down and i had it towed to Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. The repair was too costly. I went to Sheehy ford to test drive a Focus ST. I had a special test drive offer given to me and I really wanted to see more of the ST as I saw it recently at the D.C, Auto show. scott was the salesman the special test drive offer given to me and I really wanted to see more of the ST as I saw it recently at the D.C, Auto show. scott was the salesman the greeted me out in the parking lot. He introduced himself, but did not give me a card. I told him I wanted to test drive the Focus ST and gave him my test drive offer up front and my driver's license. He said he would be back with the keys. Here's what he said upon returning: "Ï got good news and bad news. We went ahead an signed your test drive offer, but we aren't going to let you drive it unless you are serious about looking to buy it" I can't believe he had the stones to say something so stupid. The only way I will ever set foot on that car lot again is to show that dealership my new car that I will buy somewhere else and I plan on telling as many customers as I can about my ordeal while I am there. I challenge the dealership to dispute this...and please try. More
