I have bought so many cars from Sheehy Lexus and imparticular, Rachael Holderied, that I need to stay away since I tend to like Lexus too much! A fantastic dealer and a great saleslady! They know I will be back for another vehicle, hopefully this time later than normal, but I know my next vehicle, new or used, will be from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. A first class experience all the way. Rachael definitely goes out of her way to try and get me the best deal. The latest car I purchased was a 2010 IS250AWD. Definitely a great vehicle. It is a second car, but it's still one of the best deals I have received. Rachael is definitely recommended and I will always say good things about Rachael, Mr. LaRochelle and everyone on his staff. I have used the service department and they are also part of the first class service. If all car companies took notes from Sheehy Lexus, then it may be difficult to have a lower standard for other vehicles and dealers, but Sheehy Lexus is certainly top of the list for Customer satisfaction AND service! Our sales representative, Dan Polgreen, as our first "touch point" into Sheehy, is the perfect example of someone who loves his job, respects the product he sells, and has spent the time studying and learning about the Lexus brand such that he is able to easily answer even very technical questions about the various models. He projected competence, confidence, and integrity. I have been in the business of "people" for over 40 years. All to often a sales person doesn't listen to the potential customer, pushing him through "up selling" and other techniques that turn off a potential buyer and ultimately away from the product. Dan uses none of those techniques, rather he is on "receive instead of transmit." By this I mean he really was tuned into our desires, listened carefully, and successfully matched our request so well that we bought two Lexus vehicles from Sheehy rather than one. A total delight to deal with, he is both a true gentle man and a superb representative for Lexus. I have recommended him to several of my friends and family and give him outstanding marks for serving both us and Lexus with the highest degree of professionalism. I had a splitting headache after shopping at Mercedes and Infinity. When I stopped at Lexus I did not expect to spend a lot of time, really just stopped in to see the competition on the way home. Rachael Holdereid immediately gave me some water and put me at ease. Once I felt better I began looking at previously owned RX350's, but, ended up buying a 2011. Rachel was so easy to deal with and not the least condescending to a female buyer. At Mercedes and Infinity it was apparent they felt I would buy at a higher price because I was a female. Rachel understood she had a sale if she met my requests concerning trade in and purchase price. I have also met Rachel, by chance, at the dealership since I purchased the vehicle. Tara was awesome including the delivery of the Lexus to my house once all the inspections were completed. She also returned the following day with renewed instructions on how to operate the garage door op my house once all the inspections were completed. She also returned the following day with renewed instructions on how to operate the garage door opener from the car's Home system. This whole transaction was completed in a seven hour period from the time I walked into the dealership until the car was delivered to my garage. I have also already taken advantage of the dealerships free car wash service which was quite impressive. This is the third Lexus dealer I have dealt with and thus far supperior. More
