I could not fathom having this type of exemplary customer service at a BMW or even an Acura dealership. The Annapolis dealership representatives were truly helpful and went much beyond necessary to answer all my questions, and continue to do so even after purchasing my new car. The valet service is just superb. It is complimentary and Jack Melchak (the valet rep) has just been an absolute pleasure to work with and has gone beyond necessary to make sure I was comfortable with the time/date/location of the pickup of my car for the valet and the drop off. I don't think I will ever go back to any other car make ever again! More
