So disappointing So the actual car buying process was so-so. The salesman was fine. It was after the purchase where everything went to xxxx. I returned the day after I purchased the car with my trade ins registration so that I could transfer the tags. The car was driven into the service area so that they could also look at a small scratch. As a result, the rear passenger tire picked up a nail. I sat in the service area for a couple of hours to find out they patched the tire. I requested a new tire. I was asked to return 3 days later for the new tire. I returned. After waiting for a couple of hours, I was told they didn't have the tire and that it needed to be ordered. It was expected to be in the following Tuesday...they promised to call. No call Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I called my salesman and said I would be there Friday morning because I needed to drop off some paperwork...could he please check on the tire. Sooooo...the tire is in. I never received a call. The call came later that day...when can I come in? I want able to come back until the day after Christmas, so I was scheduled for 8 am. I later called to ask if I could come at 9 am instead. Well, now, i wasn't even scheduled for an 8 am appt. Apparently, the Saturday that I sat there for a couple of hours just to be told that they needed to order the tire counted as a missed appointment on my part. So now, there are no appointments available until Jan 2019. My brother (who helped with the buying process) calls. Now everything is magically fixed. Fast forward to the morning of the appt (26th at 9am). 1 service person to MANY, MANY customers. I hand over the keys, go to the waiting area. Technician comes in and says, "what tire is it?". Seriously? This place is awful. More
Great experience I had a great purchase experience. No pressure from the sales personnel or the finance personnel. I left the showroom with what I wanted! Watch your dollars and their lies. I should have walked out of this dealership a few times. They will lie to you to keep you in the seat and offer you a deal that they do not intend to I should have walked out of this dealership a few times. Great I visited Waldorf Nissan about a month ago for my scheduled oil & filter maintenance,to my surprise I seen Karlito whom I purchased another Nissan 5 o I visited Waldorf Nissan about a month ago for my scheduled oil & filter maintenance,to my surprise I seen Karlito whom I purchased another Nissan 5 or more years ago at another location.We chatted briefly,I told him I now have a 2017 Altima , was in no hurry but if I could lower my month payments,I would purchase a newer vehicle ..Karlito wasn’t able to work a deal like that , but his professional,courteous attitude was refreshing!
