As a fairly new driver, I had my first appointment for a tire rotation at Shelor Toyota in Christiansburg. I was able to add an oil change to my appointment, no problem and I had all of the paperwork explained to me. I really enjoyed their customer service and their waiting area was nice and clean! My recommendation- always schedule your appointments over the phone and early in the morning. I only had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour. More

Took my 2023 Tacoma in today for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). Niki was very friendly and helpful.
