As I shopped online for a new Toyota Corolla, Stephanie was quick to respond with a phone call. She was pleasant, not pushy, and she quickly made an offer that surpassed all other dealers in my region. Jeremiah took over from there and was able to quote an "out the door" price that included sales tax, fees, etc. so that I could have a realistic idea of the cost I would be paying for the car. Unfortunately, some dealerships are quick to negotiate but fail to mention the hidden costs that can be glossed over until the buyer is signing paperwork. I truly appreciated the transparency. In fact, Stephanie & Jeremiah won me over before I could shop other dealers. We made the trip to Christiansburg the next day and drove home with a 2019 Toyota Corolla. Thanks Shelor! More
