The staff always welcomes you with a smile and hello. They always verify what has brought you in that day. The staff always open the door for you to the waiting room and offers you coffee or water while you wait, if you will be waiting on your vehicle. The waiting area and bathroom is always clean and fresh. The staff come back to you, during your wait, to let you know how your service is going, (out in the garage), and give you an estimate time line of when things should be done. Once you're ready to leave, they are extremely polite, professional. They have your vehicle right there waiting on you, so you don't need to walk out in the weather. They have always treated me with respect and took excellent care of my vehicle. To add to all the excellent service they have already given you up to this point, they still wish you a happy day and for you and your family to be safe. More
