inspection and oil change I came on day off for inspection and oil change along with a lot of other people,but service was completed in less than time stated.I did have one sma I came on day off for inspection and oil change along with a lot of other people,but service was completed in less than time stated.I did have one small complaint that not given multipoint oil change like in past.The last time in I was told air filter would need to be replaced next time and a note attached to my file. I had service completed but had to turn around and come back due to noise in heater fan.My car needed air filter replaced and was told I would be placed back in line for wait for replacement. Another older man approached and said my car would be placed next and reason filter not replaced was due to getting basic oil change.I did not know nor was I asked about different oil changes,and assumed I would get what I always get and that note supposedly attached on file would be read.Anyway problem resolved and I now know there are different oil changes,and appreciate not having to wait all over again. More

Perfection I came in to the dealership with an exact car in mind I wished to purchase. As expected, there was not an exact version of this car on the lot. So, after some discussion as to what features were required, they worked with me to locate and secure the only car that matched on the east cost, and had it delivered in 2 days! During this time, I was able to test a very similar model, and they gave me an excellent deal on my trade in to boot! As a recent VT grad, they also have excellent financing available! Now I have the car of my dreams at a price that cannot be beat! More

This is my first Toyota which has given me excellent service. I was scheduled for service the day after calling to report the problem. The service department diagnosed it and replaced the components in two days, including ordering special parts needed to correct the matter. The service manager kept me informed on the process at all times. It was a very obscure issue that Toyota covered even though the truck is nine years old. Shelor and Toyota are first rate! I am grateful and appreciative for both. More

2014 TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID I WENT TO EXPRESS CARE BECAUSE OF A FLAT ON MY CAMRY. THE SERVICE ADVISOR TREVOR CREGGER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE TIRE C I WENT TO EXPRESS CARE BECAUSE OF A FLAT ON MY CAMRY. THE SERVICE ADVISOR TREVOR CREGGER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE TIRE COULD BE PATCHED INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE TIRE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE TIRE WOULD PROBABLY TAKE APPROX, ONE HOUR FOR REPAIR. THE TIRE WAS FIXED AND I WAS ON MY WAY HOME IN HALF THAT TIME. I AM 72 YEARS OLD AND HAD MANY CARS IN MY DRIVING HISTORY, THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A AUTO SERVICE DEPT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SHELOR IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A USED OR NEW VEHICLE. More
