Nothing as promised, made to wait, our time was unimportant My wife and I were looking for a new car for her. We had set up two appointments. One was at Duncan Hokie Honda to test drive a new 2016 Honda Accord My wife and I were looking for a new car for her. We had set up two appointments. One was at Duncan Hokie Honda to test drive a new 2016 Honda Accord and the other was an hour later to test drive a 2016 Toyota Camry. We arrived at Duncan and found the car waiting to be driven and the sales associate there to greet us. We went to Motor Mile Toyota's Welcome Center a few minutes early for our Camry appointment. We were made to wait past our appointment time due to the sales person being on the phone and then she wanted us to sit in her office because the car wasn't ready to test drive like we were promised it would be. Needless to say we immediately walked out of the Motor Mile Welcome Center and spent our $30,000 at Duncan Hokie Honda. They sell so many cars at Motor Mile that your time isn't important to them. Look elsewhere for better customer service. More

Inspection Went in to get inspection sticker. Needed new wipers and they wanted to charge double what I could get them for elsewhere. Told them to put rejection Went in to get inspection sticker. changed snow tires for summer tires I gave the rating of three stars as the service was rather quick. The only issue was one of my lug nuts on the rear was damaged. The tip was completely missing and that makes the wheel look terrible. It would have been nice if the technician working on the vehicle would have at the very least mentioned the issue happened when the snow tires were changed for the summer tires. Of course to fix what was obviously broken at the dealership would have been ideal. More

Excellent service I noticed going home after work that one of my Prius headlights only had a small bulb working instead of the three that are there. I drove home after I noticed going home after work that one of my Prius headlights only had a small bulb working instead of the three that are there. I drove home after dark in the rain with a front headlight not working properly. Brian Lawless let me come in the next morning and wait to have the headlight replaced so that I didn't have to drive at night without the light working properly and perhaps getting a ticket. I was very grateful that Brian let me come into the dealership so quickly. More
