I have never purchased this expensive and high end car so it was a learning experience for me too and he helped me learn what I need to know about this very technical machine. The service department was wonderful...they were friendly, courteous and Scott Hall made us feel right at home. Our salesman, Ryan Wildman, came and checked on us and when we found out the service was going to take two hours, a courtesy van came and picked us up to bring us home since we do not live that far from the dealership. The driver of the van, Tommy, was so cordial and introduced himself. We were called when the service was completed and Tommy came and transported my husband back to the dealership to pick up our Avalon. What a marvelous experience with every department.
