This is my third new vehicle in nine years. It's my second new vehicle purchased from Shelor Toyota . . . the first purchase occured 23 years ago (1999 Toyota Camry). Typically, dealing with car salesmen are not pleasant experiences for me. They are usually high pressure, uncomfortable, drawn out, sometimes confrontational, and I almost always feel that I've been taken advantage of. The buying experience with Shelor Toyota last weekend was actually a pleasant experience. The salesman I worked with (Danny Burkholder) was knowledgeable, helpful, did not apply high pressure, and after it was all said and done, I felt it was a fair deal for both of us. Shelor will definitely be at the top of my list the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, and I'll request Danny by name. More
My husband and I went to the Shelor Toyota the day of our two year anniversary, we we're hoping to trade in his older dodge ram for a used truck. With our money situation we ended up not being able to trade his truck in or get the truck he wanted. Danny and his staff worked very diligently to get us a vehicle in our price range and wouldn't break us. We finally ended up getting the 2013 Toyota Corolla and we absolutely love it, it's great on gas and has all the room and storage we could ever need. We are very pleased with our first time buying a vehicle in our name and with how our service was. My husband and I highly recommend Shelor Toyota and please ask for Danny Burkholder! More

When I returned to Shelor & dealt w/ Mike, the experience was just as pleasant as it was the first time. I had my doubts that the service would be as good as the first time since I was trading, but Mike & the team of people that assited me in the decision proved me wront. We chose to go with a Sienna and Mike went the extra step sof securing a van from another dealer as Shelor did not have the model we wanted in stock. On the day we pciked up our Sienna Mike went over it with us and even downloaded my phone directory. Good job Shelor. PS you also have outstanding coffee. More
All of the employees were very frienldy and helpful with the process. The only down fall is the dealership needs to take more time in detailing the vehicle before it is picked up mine was not clean on the e the process.
