I'm very Happy with my new 2012 Toyota Rav4, it has so much more room inside, then the 1998 Rav4 that we purchased from Shelors brand new in 1998. So this is the second Rav4, My Husband and I have purc so much more room inside, then the 1998 Rav4 that we purchased from Shelors brand new in 1998. So this is the second Rav4, My Husband and I have purchased from Shelors. The quality of the RAV4 is Great. I just hope I get as many years and miles out of the new one as we did the 98 RAV4. When traded it almost had 258,000 miles, I can say I sure got my money's worth out of it, and it never once let me down or left me stranded. Andy the salemans we worked with was Great, he went over the new features of the new car, even hooked up the Bluetooth so my cellphone would work for me. He moved all the items from the trade over in bags to the new car for us, while we went and did the paperwork. We are very HAPPY with our Experience, and would recommend Andy Antienowicz to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. Sincerely, Joan & Eddie Griffin More
First off, this is my second Toyota Highlander. I purchased my first new Toyota Highlander Limited in 2004 and now I have purchased my second 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited. John Nixon has been my purchased my first new Toyota Highlander Limited in 2004 and now I have purchased my second 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited. John Nixon has been my sales associate in both purchases, John has always been my go to guy. John was so helpful and great to work with on my first purchase, I went back to him again on my second purchase. John is such an asset to his profession and to Shelor Motor Mile. He gets the job done and is always willing to go that extra mile. I give Shelor Motor Mile Toyota and John Nixon a 10. Keep up the great job guys. We went to Shelor on a very busy Saturday, so we had to wait longer than usual and noticed quite a few other people waiting as well. Towards the end of the day we had to wait again in the financial center, the place was packed with people and we had to wait until our name was called. The whole process took almost 6 hours. Other than that the customer service was great. We had a good rapport with our sales person, he treated us with respect and took our questions and comments seriously. We couldn't ask for anything more from a sales person, he was friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. He never made us feel like he was trying to "get us" with a higher price and he talked to his manager instead of trying to beat us down to the price they wanted. Over all it was a good car buying experience. We will definitely tell our family and friends to shop there. More

Typically, dealing with car salesmen are not pleasant experiences for me. They are usually high pressure, uncomfortable, drawn out, sometimes confrontational, and I almost always feel that I've been taken advantage of. The buying experience with Shelor Toyota last weekend was actually a pleasant experience. The salesman I worked with (Danny Burkholder) was knowledgeable, helpful, did not apply high pressure, and after it was all said and done, I felt it was a fair deal for both of us. Shelor will definitely be at the top of my list the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, and I'll request Danny by name. More
My husband and I went to the Shelor Toyota the day of our two year anniversary, we we're hoping to trade in his older dodge ram for a used truck. Danny and his staff worked very diligently to get us a vehicle in our price range and wouldn't break us. We finally ended up getting the 2013 Toyota Corolla and we absolutely love it, it's great on gas and has all the room and storage we could ever need. We are very pleased with our first time buying a vehicle in our name and with how our service was. My husband and I highly recommend Shelor Toyota and please ask for Danny Burkholder! More
